NEW YORK — Stuut announced a $52.5 million Series B on Oct. 7, 2026, led by Insight Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, M12 and Activant. The round brings the company's reported total funding to $93 million.

Stuut sells an AI platform for the order-to-cash lifecycle at large enterprises. Its scope includes order management, customer credit, collections, payments, cash application and dispute resolution — functions that are often split across enterprise-resource-planning systems, billing software, banks and manual operations teams.

The company says it will use the capital to scale its operations and expand into broader financial infrastructure, including credit, lending and automated movement of funds. That expansion would push Stuut beyond workflow automation into activities that carry balance-sheet, compliance and money-movement implications, making integrations and controls as important as the AI layer itself.

Stuut has not published independent measures of collection uplift, days-sales-outstanding improvement or error reduction from its platform. The funding validates investor interest in automating finance operations, but customers will still need to test whether a unified system can improve working-capital outcomes without creating new reconciliation and control risks.
