NEW YORK — CapitalOS announced on Oct. 21, 2026 that it had raised $21.9 million in Series A funding led by LGVP, with participation from WEX Venture Capital, Group11, Great North Ventures, Night Capital and existing investors. The company plans to use the capital to scale its infrastructure and expand its financial-product suite.

CapitalOS describes its platform as a money-orchestration layer for B2B software companies. Its infrastructure lets platforms embed products such as corporate cards, bill pay and digital wallets rather than building separate payment, compliance and account connections for each product.

The model gives vertical-software companies a way to move from workflow software into financial services, but the platform does not remove the responsibilities that accompany those products. Sponsor-bank relationships, underwriting, transaction monitoring, disputes, safeguarding and customer support remain essential parts of the program design.

CapitalOS has not published an independent revenue or customer-growth benchmark with the financing announcement. The round shows investor interest in embedded B2B finance; the commercial test will be whether software platforms can distribute these products profitably while keeping controls and user experience in one coherent system.
