DUBAI — botim money has added a UAE-to-Philippines remittance corridor that sends funds directly into GCash wallets. The service allows verified users in the UAE to select the Philippines, enter a recipient’s GCash number and complete a wallet-to-wallet transfer.

Recipients can use the balance inside GCash for bills, shopping, domestic transfers, savings and investments offered through the wallet. The product removes a cash-pickup step, but the customer experience still depends on identity checks, corridor rules, settlement and the exchange rate shown before confirmation.

Sender verification uses a UAE mobile number and valid Emirates ID, according to the service information. The public announcement does not disclose a universal fee schedule, foreign-exchange spread or transaction limits; users should check those details in the app before sending money.

The launch illustrates how remittance companies are increasingly connecting mobile wallets directly rather than treating the recipient as a cash-out endpoint. Its value will depend on total cost, delivery reliability and the practical reach of GCash among recipients in the Philippines.
