NEW YORK — Savvy Wealth, which bills itself as an AI-native registered investment advisor platform, has raised $100 million in a Series C round led by the Halo Fund, the company said this week. The round was oversubscribed, according to Savvy, and brings its total funding to more than $200 million at a $600 million valuation.

The company's pitch to financial advisors is a familiar one in the RIA aggregation space with an AI twist: advisors who join Savvy keep ownership of their client relationships and practices rather than selling into a roll-up, while Savvy provides the back-office technology, compliance infrastructure, and operational support that independent advisors would otherwise have to build or buy piecemeal. Savvy says the new capital will go toward expanding Savvy Intelligence, its proprietary AI layer for advisor workflows, and toward additional technical hiring.

The raise lands amid a broader wave of venture funding into "AI wealth" platforms this year, including rounds for Wealth.com, Performativ, and Luminary, all pitching some version of AI-assisted planning, estate administration, or practice-management tooling to advisors and their clients. Savvy has not disclosed specific usage or retention metrics for Savvy Intelligence, and the company's claims about the tool's impact on advisor productivity have not been independently verified.
