Ondo's Oasis Pro Becomes First Tokenization Platform on DTCC's Fund Processing Network
Oasis Pro Markets, a subsidiary of Ondo Finance, joined DTCC's Fund/SERV network, giving tokenized fund products a standardized connection into the infrastructure that already processes the bulk of U.S. mutual fund transactions.

NEW YORK — Oasis Pro Markets, a subsidiary of tokenization firm Ondo Finance, has become the first tokenization platform to join Fund/SERV, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation's standardized network for processing mutual fund and other pooled investment transactions. DTCC says Fund/SERV already handles more than 85% of that kind of transaction activity across the U.S. financial industry.
Membership gives Oasis Pro a direct, standardized connection to the wealth platforms, fund companies and service providers already plugged into Fund/SERV, rather than requiring Oasis Pro or its counterparties to build bespoke technical integrations with each one individually. The pitch is that this lowers the operational lift for distributing tokenized fund products into channels — brokerages, registered investment advisors, retirement platforms — that already run on DTCC's existing rails.
Tokenized funds and other tokenized real-world assets have drawn growing interest from traditional asset managers over the past several years, but distribution has remained a persistent bottleneck: a tokenized share class is only as useful as the number of platforms that can actually hold and transact it. Plugging into infrastructure that advisors and fund administrators already use is a different strategy than building a parallel, crypto-native distribution network from scratch, and it suggests one path tokenization providers may take to reach traditional wealth channels rather than trying to route around them.
Neither Ondo Finance nor DTCC disclosed transaction volumes, specific fund partners already using the integration, or a timeline for other tokenization platforms to gain similar access. The practical significance of the milestone will depend on how many fund sponsors and platforms actually route tokenized-fund activity through the connection, which is not yet public.
